A weekend at Disneyland Paris | Blogmas Day 2

Today's post is more of a photo-filled one than a wordsy one, but I've managed to limit the 750+ photos I took down to just a few. At the end of October, my best friends Lauren and Katie and I spent four days in Disneyland Paris on what was the most magical holiday of my life. Despite being 21, it was my first ever Disney trip and I've definitely caught the bug - I'm already desperate to return!

I could spend hours writing every detail of our trip, but because of how many photos I'm sharing, I'll refrain. We went on lots of rides (personal favourites being Ratatouille and Indiana Jones); we drank pineapple floats; we met characters and we cried our eyes out at the "Brave" section of the fireworks show. Damn you Merida.

If you're considering a Disney trip, going at the end of October was perfect. The weather was mild and at some points, it was fairly warm. The queue times weren't too bad either, and we went at the very end of the summer season so we were there for the extended opening hours - we were in the parks everyday from 8.30am until 10.30pm! I would highly recommend going at this time; we also saw the Halloween parade and show, as well as lots of Disney villain characters.

On our final night, we did have an incident in a restaurant where they fed Lauren food containing something she might be allergic to (I may summarise this one day in a blog post - it was the most unbelievable experience of my life and it's quite a hilarious story to look back on now that we know that she didn't take an allergic reaction), but aside from this, the trip was perfect. Just don't eat at La Plaza Garden restaurant.

To summarise, Disney truly is enchanting. I'll let the photos do the rest of the talking.

Remember to come back to my blog at 6pm GMT everyday until Christmas for a new post!

after buying our minnie ears - we wore them non stop for the 4 day trip!
